Some years ago it was all resell and master resell rights. You bought the goods and could use it as well as sell it and get you money back plus.
Well, resell rights are still very popular. Even more popular, though, today are PLR Private Label Rights. Why is this? There are distinct advantages with private label rights software over master resell rights.
You see you as the seller of the master resell rights product got a benefit in that for the sale you could keep 100% of the profit. The big disadvantage to you was that you were unable to change anything. You continued to sell someone else’s product along with many other resellers. Each time you sold another copy, you were distributing the links the author had placed in the software.

It is easy to see that private label rights software is far better than the older master resell rights.
One way of creating a new product out of PLR material is to get 2 or 3 products that are similar. Pick out material from each of them that you want to use and marry it together. The only other thing you will need to do is some research on the internet to check that the material is up to date and useful.
It is important to check the license that you get with your PLR goods. The best is to try to get unrestricted Private Label Rights. This means you can do anything you like with it.
In summary: PLR will end up far more profitable for you. You have the freedom to make it viral. This means that it can create a residual income for you. Master resell rights can’t do this.
